Job Title: Forklift Operator
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full-time
Job Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for building customer pallet orders, loading outgoing transportation trucks, and replenishment of the pick area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build pallet customer orders with forklift while maintaining a productive and brisk pace of output.
- Load full goods and products outgoing transportation trucks.
- Replenish pick area from existing stock as directed while maintaining proper rotation techniques.
- Place received loads into stock areas while maintaining rotation standards.
- Thoroughly clean work area after shift to include lifting and organizing boxes.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by Warehouse Manager.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to operate a riding and stand-up forklift.
- Excellent understanding of date codes and proper rotation practices.
- Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack, both walk-along and ride-on.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to effectively practice safe driving and proper lifting techniques.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Monday through Friday, starting at 12:30pm. Start and end times are subject to change based on the business needs.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift operation certification required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 80%
