Job Title: Warehouse Flex  

Reports To: Warehouse Manager 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Classification: Full Time 

 

Job Summary: The Warehouse Flex position will be responsible for performing all the tasks of the warehouse, when needed. The role includes being flexible with scheduling, comfortable with supervisory responsibilities, and being able to support the team with certain duties to meet the business needs. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Follows directions accurately, consistently, and safely.  
  • Correctly identify and receive cases of product into inventory locations- using various warehouse equipment- (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Clamp Pickers, Electric Floor jacks, etc.). 
  • Support daily maintenance of warehouse equipment.  
  • Handle replenishment, order selecting, stock rotation, and shipping of cases throughout the warehouse. 
  • Maintain computerized inventory control records with every product movement (receipts, shipments, transfers within the warehouse, product returns, etc.).  
  • Hand-stacking cases of product in a specific sequence and location on a delivery truck. 
  • Remove cases of product from delivery trucks. 
  • Place product to the pick lines for order selecting. 
  • Return undelivered cases to their proper inventory locations.  
  • Move and stack cases to conduct physical inventory.  
  • Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. 
  • Repack bottles of product into certain packages for special promotional programs. 
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed. 
  • Cooperate with supervisors and peers.  
  • Ability to take on supervisory responsibilities when filling in for managerial role. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of all warehouse position duties- to fill in when necessary.  
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, 5 days a week, typically 11a-7p. (Start and end times and days scheduled are subject to change and determined by workload).

Education/Experience:  

  • High School graduate or GED.  
  • OSHA Certified preferred. 
  • Warehouse Lead/Management experience required. 

 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  
  • Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
