Job Title: Repack Specialist
Reports To: Inbound Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Repack Specialist will have a wide range of responsibilities from documenting products in the network to managing code dates of the product in the repack system to repacking damaged products and product casing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follows directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
- Correctly identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various warehouse equipment.
- Repacking all damaged products.
- Managing code dates of all products in Repack Room.
- Building Repack Care Kits for Sales and Delivery Teams.
- Ensuring the Repack Workstation is always clean.
- Managing all Repack Materials.
- Documenting all items damaged or repacked.
- Returning all repacked items to the Warehouse Pick Floor.
- Ordering Repack material from suppliers.
- Repacking bottles of product into special packages for special promotional programs.
- Cooperate with supervisors and peers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Monday through Thursday.
- Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
- Punctual and dependable.
Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or GED.
- OSHA Certified preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
