Job Title: Red Bull Brand Manager

Reports To: Director- NA Sales

FLSA Status: Exempt

Classification: Full-time


Job Summary: The Red Bull Brand Manager serves as the primary liaison between Red Bull and Southern Crown Partners. This role is responsible for communicating all Red Bull initiatives, targets, action plans, and brand education/training across the organization. The Brand Manager’s core responsibility is to lead brand strategy execution and ensure the successful delivery of the annual business plan.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create an annual business plan in collaboration with Red Bull on-premise team.
  • Provide market insights to Red Bull supplier representatives.
  • Support monthly planning and training meetings with SCP on-premise team.
  • Develop action plans to ensure the success of the annual business plan as needed.
  • Create sales incentives to increase engagement and deliver results.
  • Manage all brand-related reporting, including forecasting, monthly sales performance, and tracking progress against plan targets.
  • Manage and track all POS for the Red Bull brand.
  • Manage and track pricing and compliance for all commercial and VIP accounts.
  • Build retailer relationships within the market.
  • Conduct weekly market rides and team sells to educate sales team and close distribution gaps.
  • Provide detailed and structured recaps to the NA Sales Director.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in beverage distribution or related field. 
  • Demonstrated record of excellent customer service, sales building, and quality standards operations. 
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and maintains a good driving record. 


Physical Requirements:

  • Administrative 30%  
  • Walking, Bending, Lifting, Twisting, Pushing, and Pulling 70%
