Job Title: Pricing Coordinator I 

Reports To: Director of Revenue & Business Planning 

FLSA Status: Non-exempt 

Classification: Full-time 

 

Job Summary: The Pricing Coordinator I will be responsible for supporting SCP's pricing strategies by ensuring accurate and timely communication of pricing information to our sales team and customers. This position will provide you with foundational knowledge of pricing processes and customer interactions. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, well-developed time management skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in maintaining pricing databases and systems to ensure accurate pricing information. 
  • Communicate pricing updates and changes to the sales team and customers clearly and timely. 
  • Respond to pricing inquiries and provide support to sales representatives regarding pricing guidelines and policies. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address pricing-related issues and opportunities. 
  • Assist in basic pricing analysis and reporting under the guidance of senior pricing team members. 
  • Special projects as needed or assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field/work experience.  

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Administrative 90% 
  • Walking, bending, lifting, and twisting 10%
