Job Summary: The Bud Light Brand Ambassador generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases product sales through event sampling and promotion. The individual will interact with consumers, clients, customers, and is responsible for understanding and implementing promotional techniques. This position will perform a wide range of activities ranging from brand promotion, training, product merchandising, and selling of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create brand awareness and positive impressions of the product by engaging consumers through sampling/distributing product and demonstrating product features.
- Interaction with consumers through sampling/distributing products and creating brand awareness and positive impressions.
- Responsible for ensuring brand talking points are communicated effectively with consumers.
- Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store and other venues to maximize sales.
- Successfully complete minimum shift requirements, typically 3 hours or more.
- Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas Event Set-up and Breakdown:
- Building promotional kits for all events in the designated shared storage unit.
- Responsible for event set-up, sampling, and program breakdown.
- Ensure the demonstration area is clean, organized, and correctly set up according to the instructions provided.
- Provide feedback to Market Manager in order to improve sale of all brand products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hospitality marketing, event marketing, brand promotion, or related fields
- Experience working with adult beverage brands, promotional staffing, or On-Premise accounts preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record, with reliable transportation
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting platforms
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability and willingness to travel

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting continuously.
- Work occurs primarily in On-Premise environments such as bars, restaurants, hotels, stadiums, special events, and retail environments. This role may require working in variable temperatures, navigating crowded spaces, and performing extended physical activity including standing, lifting, and moving promotional materials.
